We are located at 1-B Jorabagan Street. It’s a busy area and the street can get quite narrow with all the carts and people. Altis Business Solutions is the name on our paperwork. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. Our space is pretty basic—just some computers, some filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets used a lot. We help businesses with their day-to-day problems, whether it's stuff with their accounts or just getting their systems to work right. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who have lived in Kolkata all our lives. We know how hard it is to keep a business running, so we just try to be helpful. The office can get a bit noisy when the market nearby is in full swing. We don't have any polished brochures or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or other shop owners on the street. It’s honest work and we take it as it comes. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or the internet going slow, but that's just how it is here. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished before the day ends. It’s not always easy, but it is what we know how to do. We just want to stay local and keep our doors open for whoever needs help.
