Alpinist Multitrade Private Limited is situated on the ground floor at Flat G-A76 on Biplabi Ullaskar Dutta Road. It’s down in the Baghajatin area, which is a busy residential and commercial spot. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular ground-floor flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. Since we are on the ground floor, we get a lot of the street noise, but it also makes it easy for deliveries to come and go. We handle a bit of everything here, which is why we have the multitrade name. It keeps the days interesting because you never know what kind of inquiry might come in next. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to packing up boxes. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The local shops are nearby if we need anything. We don’t go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep our customers happy by being honest with them. Some days are busier than others, especially when several things happen at once, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a small, local operation, and we’re fine with that.
