Our office is in the Balaji Business Centre on Sarat Bose Road. If you know Kolkata, you know this area is always moving. We are at 2/5, and it’s a busy little hub for us. We spend our days helping people move their belongings from one house to another or shifting whole offices. It’s a lot of physical work, even for those of us in the office doing the planning. We have to coordinate with the packing teams and the truck drivers to make sure everything arrives in one piece. Sarat Bose Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we are always juggling things. The office is simple, filled with packing tape, boxes, and a lot of schedules pinned to the walls. We don't use any fancy software most of the time, just good old-fashioned lists and phone calls. It’s a bit chaotic when we have several big moves happening at once, but we manage. The local tea shops nearby are where we take our breaks and talk about the day. We aren't trying to be a high-tech startup. We are just a group of movers who know the streets of this city very well. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve seen our trucks around or their neighbors used us. It’s honest work, even if it’s tiring, and we just focus on the next move on the list to keep everything on schedule.
