Delta Laminates

Delta Laminates is located over on Raibahadur Road in Alipore. We’ve been at 257/A for a good while. Alipore is a decent area, though the traffic on Raibahadur Road can be a real headache some mornings. Our work involves laminates, mostly for furniture and interiors. It’s the kind of stuff you see on desks and cabinets. The warehouse isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we keep the stock. Many different patterns and finishes are kept here. People come in looking for something specific for their house or office. We try to help them find it. Only a handful of us work here. The lifting and the cutting are handled by us. It’s physical work. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, even if we try to keep it clean. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. Providing the materials that people in the city need is what we do. It’s honest work. The building is older, but it serves the purpose. Regulars stop by often, mostly local contractors and some homeowners. A big philosophy doesn't really exist here. We just open the doors in the morning and see what needs doing. Some days are slow, others the phone calls don't stop. That’s just how it goes in this business. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just sell what we have and move on to the next day. It is a simple life and it works for us.
