Our business, Al Adil Agro & Exim Llp, is located at G4 in the Mangalam Apartment building. We are in Ward Number 19 on Lalgola Maharaja Road in Raghunathganj. It’s part of the Jangipur area in Murshidabad. The apartment building is a mix of homes and small offices, which gives it a nice, community feel. We aren't in a high-rise office tower. Our space is functional and straightforward. We focus on agricultural products and exports. This involves a lot of talking to farmers and suppliers in the surrounding rural areas. We spend a lot of time on our phones and computers, tracking prices and organizing transport. The team here is small, and we mostly look after everything ourselves. We don't have any formal mission statements or fancy goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the produce we handle is good and that it gets to the buyers on time. The streets around Raghunathganj can be quite crowded, especially on market days. It’s a busy place with a lot of energy. We usually have tea together in the afternoons and discuss the day’s challenges. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We are just regular people running a small firm in Murshidabad, trying to be reliable and keep the business growing year by year without making things too complicated for ourselves.
