Ahlcon Parenterals (I) Ltd.

You can find Ahlcon Parenterals (I) Ltd. out at SP-918 in Phase-3 of the industrial area. It’s a big, plain building that looks like every other factory on this side of town. Inside, though, things are very different because we have to keep everything extremely clean. We make parenterals, which are basically liquids for medical use, so we spend a lot of time in hairnets and masks. It’s not a very social workplace in the way some offices are, because everyone has to follow very specific steps to make sure nothing gets contaminated. The industrial area can be a bit grim with all the dust and the trucks rumbling by, but inside the facility, it’s all white walls and bright lights. We have a lot of people working shifts here, so the place never really sleeps. Even in the middle of the night, there’s usually someone checking the temperatures or watching the machines. We don’t really interact with the public much; our focus is entirely on the production line. It’s a lot of responsibility, and the days can be long and repetitive, but we know the work is important for the hospitals that use our stuff. We just come in, do the technical work required by the regulations, and try to keep everything running smoothly without any interruptions or mistakes. It’s a busy environment where precision is the only thing that really matters at the end of the day, so we stay focused on that.
