We are located at 9B on the second floor of a building on Shri Nath Ray Lane. Our office is Room Number 20. If you know these old lanes in Kolkata, you know they can be quite narrow and confusing for someone visiting for the first time. The building is old, and you have to walk up the stairs to get to us. Inside, it’s a modest setup with a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and the constant hum of a ceiling fan. We handle logistics, which basically means we spend our whole day on the phone or on the computer tracking movements and talking to transport agents. There are stacks of paper everywhere because we still like to keep physical records of everything. It’s a small team here, just me and a couple of others who have been doing this for years. We know the routes and the troubles of the road pretty well by now. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical place where we come to work every morning. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things moving and make sure our clients' goods get to where they need to go without too much trouble. It’s a lot of coordination and dealing with the daily small problems that come up in the transport world. It is our daily routine.
