Our place is called Chita Villa, and you can find us at 27/1/1C on J. K. Mitra Road. We are quite close to the Belgachia Metro, so it’s easy for everyone to get to work. Kolkata is a city that is always moving, and we are right there in the middle of it. We are in an older building that has a lot of character, even if the stairs can be a bit of a climb. We handle express deliveries and all sorts of packages. Most of our day is spent sorting through items and getting them ready for the couriers to take out. The neighborhood around us is always full of life and noise. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or a polished image. We just try to make sure that people's parcels get where they are going without being damaged along the way. Some days can be a real scramble when a large shipment arrives later than expected. We just roll up our sleeves and get the work done. It is not always a perfect process, and the heavy rains in Kolkata often cause delays on the roads. We have a small team here and we’ve mostly worked together for a long time. We know the streets of this city very well. It is a practical job for people who don't mind a bit of hard work. No need to make it sound like more than it is.
