Afl Pvt.Ltd. has its logistics division tucked away in Kalitala Park South, which is in the Tollygunge Bansdroni area of Kolkata. If you’ve ever been to this part of South Kolkata, you know the lanes can be tight and full of life. It’s a very local neighborhood, not a big industrial estate. We work out of this office daily, managing the flow of goods across the region. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough, but we have been here long enough that it’s just normal now. We see the rickshaws and the local markets every day right outside our door. Bansdroni is a place that feels like a village within a city. Our team handles the logistics side of things without much fanfare. We have our desks set up and the phones are usually ringing with updates about trucks or deliveries. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional space where the real work happens. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain floods the street a bit, but we just keep going. We know the local routes around Tollygunge better than anyone. Most of us have worked together for years, so we have a rhythm.
