Our logistics office is over on Swamiji Road in the Bangashreepally area of Kolkata. We are at 75A, and D.N. Mondal is the one overseeing things here. It’s a very local neighborhood, not like those big corporate parks you see in other cities. We like it this way because it feels more like a community. We’ve got a small team that handles all the logistics work, from planning routes to checking on deliveries. Kolkata has its own rhythm, and we’ve learned to work with it over the years. The streets can be narrow and the rain during monsoon season usually slows everything down, but we find ways to keep things moving. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. Most of the time, the office is just filled with the sound of people talking on phones and the hum of the old ceiling fans. It’s honest work and we take it seriously. Dealing with logistics means you have to be ready for things to go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a delivery address being hard to find. We just take it in stride and fix what needs fixing. Being on Swamiji Road means we’re close to the local markets, so there’s always something happening outside. It’s just a regular office where we put in our hours and make sure the logistics side of the business stays on track for everyone involved.
