We've been at 30 Chittaranjan Avenue for a while now, up on the 3rd floor. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. Most of the day is spent handling the cushion side of things. Aerocom Cushions Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive operation with fancy lobby areas, just a workspace where we get things done. People often ask how we manage the stairs or the lift, but you get used to it. The stuff we make ends up in homes and offices. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with samples and foam bits, but that's just how it goes when you're actually working. It's not always quiet, especially with the street noise coming up from below, but it keeps us energized. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here making sure the orders go out when they should. If you ever find yourself near the third floor, you'll see we are just regular people. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’re still here at the same old address. It’s funny how a place starts to feel like a second home after enough time. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day tasks. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just a local business trying to do right by the people who buy from us. That’s pretty much the whole story.
