You can find us at No-77, 1st Floor, Room No. 108, Netaji Subhash Road, right in the middle of a part of the city that is always buzzing with activity. Our office is in one of those classic old buildings with high ceilings and heavy doors. It’s a bit dark in the hallways, but once you get into our room, it’s filled with shelves of bearings. We have all kinds, big and small, for different machines. The smell of oil and metal is the first thing you notice when you walk in. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or soft carpets. Instead, we have old wooden chairs and a table that has been here since we started. We spend most of our time answering the phone or checking the stock. People come in from the street looking for specific parts for their machines. We try to help them find what they need, even if it takes a bit of digging through the back of the shelf. The traffic on NS Road is constant, and the noise drifts up to the first floor. We don't mind it anymore. It’s just the sound of the city working. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. We just focus on keeping the right stock and being here when the doors open every morning. It’s a steady, quiet way to run a business.
