We are located right near the Behala 14 No Bus Stand on Rai Bahadur Road. It is a very lively area of Kolkata, and our spot at 5A is right in the middle of all that activity. If you know the bus stand, you know how busy it gets with people coming and going all day long. We have been here for a good while, and our shop is just a simple place where we take care of our daily business. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or happen to be passing through the area. The shop isn't very large, and it often feels a bit cluttered with whatever we are working on or selling at the time. We don't have a team of people in suits; it's just us behind the counter or moving things around in the back. Usually, you’ll hear the sound of the buses outside and the chatter of the street. It’s a very local vibe. We open up early and stay until the evening when the crowds start to thin out. We handle things as they come and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We might not have everything perfectly organized like a big department store, but we know where everything is. It’s just our way of running the place here in Behala, and we’ve been doing it like this for a long time.
