A. R. Electricals

Our shop, A. R. Electricals, sits at 157/B on Lenin Sarani. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you know how packed it gets. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking right outside the door. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. The building is old, like most things around here, and it has a lot of character. We keep the shelves stocked with all sorts of electrical parts. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know exactly where every single fuse and wire is kept. Customers come in all day, some just looking for a small bulb and others needing stuff for a whole building. We talk to everyone the same way. It’s a lot of standing around and talking over the noise from the street. We don’t have a website that we update or anything like that. Most people just know us from being in the neighborhood for so many years. We drink a lot of chai during the day and watch the rain when it pours down Lenin Sarani. It’s a simple way to make a living. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s just how things are done here at our little corner of the city.
