A P Corp

A P Corp is up on the 6th floor, Room 672, at 25 Strand Road, near the Calcutta GPO. Getting up here takes a bit of time, especially when the lifts are busy with everyone else in the building. It’s an old place with high ceilings and those heavy doors. Our room is filled with stacks of papers and old ledgers. We’ve been operating out of this office for a long while. Outside the window, you can hear the constant hum of traffic from Strand Road and the ships on the river. It’s a noisy part of Calcutta, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment. It’s just basic desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We do our daily tasks and try to keep up with the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty in here with all the old files, but we manage. We aren't a big company with hundreds of workers. It’s a small group of us, and we mostly just stick to our routine. We don't have a website or any of that stuff. If someone needs us, they usually just call or stop by the office. There’s a tea seller downstairs who makes a good cup, which helps during the long afternoons. It’s just a regular office doing regular things in a very busy part of the city. We keep our heads down and get the work done.
