Motive Associates

We’ve been working out of this spot at 79/ 28 A. J. C. Bose Road for a while now. It’s right in Apartment No. 1, so it’s not some big corporate building with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a place where we just sit down and get things done. Being on A. J. C. Bose Road means there is always traffic and noise outside, but once you get inside the apartment, it’s mostly just us focusing on our tasks. Motive Associates is really just a handful of us trying to keep things organized. We don't have any fancy signs or anything, just the address on the door. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork piled up, but we manage. Some days are quieter than others. We usually start early before the street gets too loud. It's a convenient enough spot for us since we can find everything we need nearby. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the building, like how the light in the hallway sometimes flickers or how the neighbors always know when we’re staying late. It is just a practical place for our work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we are usually too busy with the day-to-day stuff that comes across our desks. That is just how it is for us here at the apartment.
