Shree Sai Associates

Shree Sai Associates is down in the basement at 85 Strand Road. You have to look for Shop No 68. It’s near Marshall House, right across from where the Haldiram’s is. Being in the basement, it stays a bit cooler than the street, but it can get damp when the weather is bad. We have a lot of stuff packed into this small space. It’s a bit of a maze with all the boxes and equipment. Strand Road is always packed with trucks and cars, so it’s a nightmare to find parking nearby. We mostly deal with our regular clients who know where to find us. It’s not the kind of place you just stumble into. We spend our time checking orders and moving stock around. The lighting isn't great down here, so we have a few extra lamps plugged in. You can hear the heavy traffic rattling the ground above our heads. It’s a busy atmosphere even if we are tucked away. Sometimes we go upstairs just to get some fresh air because it gets a bit close in the basement. We’ve been near Marshall House for a long time, so we’re familiar with all the neighbors. It’s just a basic workspace where we handle our business every day. No frills, just a lot of work and some tea in the afternoon when things quiet down for a bit.
