Started working out of Mokta House a while back. It’s on the second floor, Room Number 2. If you come by, you’ll see the stairs are a bit narrow and maybe a little steep if you're carrying things, but we manage just fine. Most of the day is just spent looking at tool specs or talking to guys from the local shops who need specific parts for their projects. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered with calendars and some old metal shelves where we keep the smaller machine components and spare bits. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers a little, but inside the room, we keep things organized enough to find whatever a customer is looking for. People usually give us a call before coming up because the 2nd floor can be easy to miss if you’re in a hurry or looking at your phone. We’ve got a couple of desks pushed against the window and the view isn't much to speak of, just the busy street and the tops of some trees below. Usually, there's a lot of noise from the traffic and the horns, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle all the paperwork right here on the old wooden desk and try to keep the coffee machine running, though it's a bit temperamental lately. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure orders go out and the tools get where they need to go.
