We are over at Flat No 603 in the Maitrangansaneguruji building. It is a decent spot in Kolhapur, though the name is a bit of a mouthful to say when you are giving directions to a delivery person. Most people just look for the 1074/3B area. There are a few of us working here at Yes Insights And Solutions Private Limited. We spend most of our mornings looking through data and trying to make sense of what clients need. It is not a huge fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular flat where we keep our computers and a couple of desks. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs to the sixth floor, which is good exercise I suppose. We keep some tea and snacks in the kitchen area because the work gets a bit long in the afternoons. Outside, the neighborhood is usually busy with people going about their business. We have been here for a while now and the neighbors know us. It is a quiet enough place to get things done without too much noise from the street. We do not have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. It feels more like a workspace than a corporate branch, which suits us just fine. Most days are just about finishing the pile of work on our desks and making sure the numbers look right before we head home.
