If you head over to the Five Star Industrial Area in Hatkangale, you’ll find us at Plot No D- 17. The area is called Kajal, and it’s pretty much filled with factories and warehouses. Hall Mark Metals Pvt. Ltd. is one of the older spots on this particular stretch of the road. The plot is fairly large, but we’ve used up most of the space for the main structure. It’s a busy place with a lot of clanging and the sound of metal being moved around. The walls are painted a dull color that’s faded over the years from the sun and the dust. Inside, the office part is small and separated by a thin wall from the main work floor, so you can always hear what’s going on. We have a few trees planted near the entrance that give a little bit of shade, which is where we usually stand for a bit during the afternoon. The gate is heavy iron and it squeaks a bit when you open it. We don't spend much on making things look pretty because the work we do is pretty rough and tumble. Most of us have been working in this industrial zone for a long time, so we know the neighbors well. It’s just a solid, working-class setup where the focus is on the metal and not much else. We keep the place running and don't worry about the small stuff.
