WARANA URBAN MULTIPLE NIDHI LIMITED

We are based out of Kodoli in Kolhapur, specifically at House No 1616. It’s a quiet place most days, but we stay busy with the work at Warana Urban Multiple Nidhi Limited. The office is right there in the BU 6157 area. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to sit and handle the daily tasks. We started this because we saw a need for something local where people could come and talk face-to-face. A lot of folks around here don't like dealing with big banks in the city center. It takes too long to get there and the lines are always out the door. Here, you just walk in. Maybe we are having tea, or maybe we are filing papers, but we always have time to chat. We focus on the local community in Kolhapur. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the names of the people walking past the door. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose well. We keep the books tidy and make sure everyone’s records are right. It’s honest work. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get to the office, but someone is usually here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our jobs and hope people are happy with how we handle their business. It’s just us doing what we can for the town and the neighbors who live nearby.
