We are based at C Number 3913 in Herwade Colony, which is over in the Shirol taluka part of Kolhapur. Most people just call the area Jaysingpur. Our office for Vishwahimsa Urban Nidhi Limited is right in the heart of the colony. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet during the day except for the occasional scooter passing by. We set up this Nidhi company to give folks in the area a straightforward way to manage their money. We don’t have any flashy signs or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a very large safe. People from around the district come to us because they know we aren't going anywhere. We take the time to listen to what a member needs, whether it's a small loan for a shop or just a place to keep their savings safe. Sometimes the paperwork takes a bit of time, especially when we have to be very careful with the details. We aren't perfect, and sometimes we make a small mistake on a form and have to start over, but we always make sure the money part is exactly right.
