Even though our name mentions Mumbai, you’ll actually find us down in Kolhapur. Our main spot is at 383/B on Plot No-9. We are tucked away in the 13th Lane of Rajarampuri, right behind those Madhuban Apartments. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you don’t know the area. We’ve been doing construction work for quite some time now. Vibhuti Construction is basically a small team of us who like building things. We handle the paperwork in the office and spend the rest of our hours at the actual sites. Kolhapur is a bit slower than Mumbai, which we actually like. The 13th Lane gets a bit crowded with parked cars and delivery bikes, but it’s home. We have a lot of samples of tiles and bricks sitting around the office. Sometimes it’s a bit messy because we’re always coming in from a job site with mud on our boots. We don't have a receptionist or a polished waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us arguing over a blueprint or drinking some tea. We do our best to stay on schedule, but construction always has its surprises. Pipes break or the weather turns sour, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't a big corporation. We’re just local people trying to do a solid job on every project we take on. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy through the seasons.
