Versatile Equipments Pvt. Ltd.

Our place, Versatile Equipments Pvt. Ltd., is out at Plot No.B-69 in the MIDC area of Gokul Shirgaon. Being in Kolhapur means we're surrounded by a lot of other industrial shops, so it’s never really quiet around here. We have a decent-sized plot, and we’ve filled it up with all the gear we need to make our equipment. It's a lot of metalwork and planning. Most of the guys have been here long enough to know the routine by heart. We start the machines up in the morning and they pretty much run until it’s time to go home. There’s a lot of dust and the smell of oil, which is pretty standard for an MIDC shop. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone while trying to hear over the noise from the floor. We try to keep things organized, but on busy weeks, the floor gets a bit cluttered with half-finished projects. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We’ve got our regular customers who know we’re just here doing the work. Sometimes we have tea outside when the sun starts to go down and the air cools off a bit. It’s a bit out of the way for some people, but it suits us just fine. We just stay focused on what’s on the workbench today and try to get it finished.
