Utsav Foods

Utsav Foods is based out in Post- Nag Khaane, in the Ptalush Tehsil. We are in the Sangli East district, which is a bit of a drive from the main city centers. Our place is surrounded by fields, which is nice because it’s quiet and there’s plenty of fresh air. We process local produce here. It’s a simple setup with a few rooms for washing, cutting, and packing things up. We don’t have any big fancy signs out front, just a small one by the gate that's a bit faded. Most of our workers are from the nearby villages. They walk or bike here every morning. We start very early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get the work done before it gets too hot in the sheds. It’s physical work and your hands get tired by the end of the day, but we don’t mind. We take a long break in the middle of the day when the sun is at its strongest. We don’t have a big sales team or anything. We just send our goods to the distributors in the city. Sometimes the rain makes the roads difficult, which delays our shipments, but that’s just life in the countryside. We try our best to keep everything moving and the floor swept. We aren’t experts in business talk, we just know how to handle the food we process. It’s a decent life out here.
