Ujjwal Organic Food & Masale

Our place, Ujjwal Organic Food & Masale, is situated at Survey No-62, on Plot No-01. We are right on Bijli Nagar Road, and if you know the area, we are quite near the Nanawadi Basti. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We spend our time working with organic foods and different types of masale. The air in our workspace usually smells like cumin and coriander. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a lot of rules. We are just a local setup trying to keep things moving. The building we work in is practical and doesn't have any fancy decorations. We spend most of our time checking the quality of the grains and spices that come in. It’s a lot of manual work, weighing things out and making sure the bags are sealed right. We don't have a team of people to handle our public image. We just rely on being here every day and doing what we do. Sometimes the road outside gets dusty, and the noise from the basti is always there, but it’s our home. We’ve been on Bijli Nagar Road for a good while now. We don't try to sound better than anyone else. We just provide what we have and keep our records as best as we can. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it keeps us busy enough.
