Sunil Patil & Associates is over at 38 - E on the third floor of the Millenium building. We’re located in Tarabai Park. It’s a nice enough area and the building is easy to spot once you get there. We’ve been operating from this third-floor office for some time now. It’s not a huge corporate space, just a regular office where we handle our daily work. We don't really go in for marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. It’s just us, a group of associates, doing what needs to get done. The Millenium building has other businesses too, but we mostly keep to ourselves. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and talking through different ideas. There’s no big hierarchy here. We just work as a team. Tarabai Park is a decent place to be based, and we like the neighborhood. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with all the files and drawings, but we manage. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge area. We just have our desks and our work. It’s a straightforward setup. We show up in the morning, do the work, and that’s about it. We don't feel the need to dress things up with polished language. We’re just practical people doing our jobs in a practical space. It’s been our home for a good while and it works for what we do.
