Spot & Mark

You can find us at W/23 in the MIDC area of Gokulshirgaon. It is a typical industrial zone where there is always the sound of machines and trucks moving around. We have been here for a good while, focusing on the marking and spotting work that needs to get done for our clients. The floor of our unit is concrete and usually has some oil or ink stains on it, which is expected in this kind of place. We don't have air conditioning, so we keep the big shutters open to let the breeze in, though it also lets in a lot of dust from the road. Most of our day is spent standing at the benches or checking the equipment to make sure it is running right. It is a bit of a gritty environment, but we are used to the noise and the smell of the workshop. We aren't a corporate office with a lobby; you just walk right into the workspace. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We eat our lunch together at a small table in the corner. It is basic work, but it is important to the people who hire us. We focus on getting the marks right and making sure the pieces are ready for the next stage of production. Sometimes the deadlines are tight, but we don't mind putting in the extra hours to stay on track. It is just the way it goes here.
