Spectrum Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd is based out in Kodoli village. Our site is at Gat No. 1165. It's a bit of a drive out from the main city of Kolhapur, near Warananagar. Being in a village area like Kodoli makes sense for what we do because we need the space. We work on renewable energy projects, which involves a lot of outdoor site visits and looking at land. Our office at the village is pretty basic. We have some desks, some maps of the local area, and a lot of technical manuals. It’s a quiet place compared to the city, but we are always busy. We spend a lot of time traveling between different sites in the district. We aren't the type of company that has a big marketing budget. We just do the work and let people see the results. Sometimes the roads around Gat No. 1165 can be a bit rough during the monsoon, but that’s just part of living and working in rural India. We like the fact that we are close to the actual projects we are building. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s meaningful work for us. We've got a small team and we all know each other well. Most of us are from around here anyway. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the energy systems set up and running for the long term.
