Spacecraftt Architects

We've been working out of this spot at Mayuresh for a while now. It's tucked away in Kolhapur, right behind Vakratund Motors, which makes it pretty easy for folks to find us once they know the landmark. The office at Plot No 33C is where we spend most of our days, drawing up plans and looking at site photos. It isn't a huge fancy studio, just a practical space where we can focus. Usually, there’s a lot of paper everywhere and a few coffee cups sitting around. People come in to talk about their house plans or maybe a renovation they've been thinking about. We don't really do the whole big corporate pitch thing. Most of the time it's just sitting down, looking at the dimensions, and seeing what fits. The 416003 area is quite busy, so the street noise is just part of the background here. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic near the motors shop, but we’re used to it. We just handle the architectural side of things, making sure the drawings make sense before any bricks get laid. It's a lot of back and forth with clients and making sure the measurements are right on the screen. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the work that comes through the door. If you’re in the neighborhood or stopping by the car shop, you’ve probably seen our sign. That’s pretty much us.
