We have our office for Skyra Import Exportprivate Limited over at Plot Number 24 in Sunita Narake Nagar, which is in the Kalamba part of Kolhapur. It’s a pretty decent area to work from, even if it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve been set up here for a while now, handling the daily ins and outs of importing and exporting various goods. It is a very straightforward operation. We deal with whatever products are in demand at the time, so things change. It’s a lot of coordination between the suppliers and the transport guys. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power cuts out for a few minutes in the afternoon, but that’s just life here. We just get back to it once the lights are back on. We aren’t a massive corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. We are a small team that knows the local market. It’s regular, honest work, nothing too glamorous or exciting to tell you the truth. We spend a lot of time checking boring regulations. Being in Sunita Narake Nagar puts us close enough to the main roads to get things moving.
