Siddhagiri Hospital

Siddhagiri Hospital has been part of Kaneri for quite a while now. Most people around here know the building, and it is not hard to find if you are in the Kaneri area. We start the day pretty early, usually before the sun is fully up, getting things ready for whoever might walk through the doors. It isn't a massive place with glass walls or anything like that, just a regular hospital where we handle the daily stuff that comes our way. Some days are really quiet and we just sit and talk in the office, but other days the waiting area is completely full. The fans hum all day long to keep the heat away. Sometimes the floors get a bit dusty from the wind outside, so we are always cleaning up. People from the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask a quick question or get a checkup. We don't have any fancy receptionists with scripts, just us behind the desk. It feels like a small community here. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It’s just how things are in a place like Kaneri. We keep the medicine cabinets stocked and make sure the beds are tidy. There’s always someone coming or going, and the sounds of the town outside bleed into the rooms. We just keep doing what we do every day without making a big fuss about it. We are just here when people need us and we plan to stay that way.
