Our factory is located in the Industrial Estate in Jaysingpur, right at P.B. No. 43. We’ve been part of this community for a long time. People around here know the building. We work with capacitors. It’s very technical and precise stuff. If you walked in, you’d see a lot of machinery and people in aprons or work shirts. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your Sunday best. There is always a hum from the machines running. We have a lot of long-term employees who have been here since they were young. We’ve seen the town change around us while we stayed right here in the estate. The office is just a few rooms attached to the side of the main shop floor. It’s mostly filled with technical drawings and logs. We don't do much in the way of fancy presentations. If someone wants to know what we do, we usually just show them the shop floor. It’s honest work. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend all night fixing a machine, but that’s part of the deal. We take pride in just showing up and doing the work properly. We aren't looking for awards. We just want to make sure the components we produce are reliable. The weather in Jaysingpur can be tough in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep moving. It’s just what we do. We don't need anything fancy to get the job done right.
