Shree Thermatech Engineers

We are located out at Plot No - B-7/9 in the MIDC area of Miraj. If you know the area, we’re right near Sahyadri Starch, so you can usually smell the starch in the air when the wind blows the right way. Working at Shree Thermatech Engineers is mostly about getting the engineering right and dealing with heat systems. It’s an industrial vibe out here, which suits the kind of work we do every day. There’s always trucks coming and going, and the sound of heavy machinery is just part of the background noise. We don't have a front desk person or a waiting room with magazines. It’s more about the workshop floor and the tools we use. Miraj is a busy place for industry, and being in the MIDC section makes things easier for logistics. We spend our hours looking at blueprints and welding or fitting parts together. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve been on this plot for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighboring units change over the years. It’s a practical environment for people who like to build things. We just show up, do the hours, and head home. There isn't any corporate fluff here, just a lot of steel and hard work. That’s how we like to keep things. We aren't worried about being fancy as long as the work is done.
