Shiv-Shakti Tours & Travels has its home at 2078 E, in the 12th Lane of Rajarampuri. We are right opposite the Nilamber Apartment. Rajarampuri is a busy part of Kolhapur, but our specific lane is a bit more tucked away. It is a local neighborhood place. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of branches. It is just a few of us in a small office. We have been here for a good while and the people living in the apartments nearby know us by name. Our daily routine involves answering the phone, writing down bookings, and talking to people about their travel plans. It isn't always smooth; sometimes we lose power or the internet goes slow, but we manage. We use simple desks and chairs, and the walls are mostly covered with maps or local notices. We don't try to impress anyone with a fancy setup. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. If you come by, you might find us drinking tea and talking about the day's work. We know the 12th lane very well and we like being part of this community. It’s just a normal travel shop run by regular Kolhapur residents. We don't have a big mission, we just stay open and help out whoever needs a ride or a ticket in the area.
