Our shop is located at 941 Laxmi-Narayan Complex. We are in units 3 and 4 on Lane 6 in the Shahupuri area. It’s a local spot where people know each other by name. At Captain Rohit Sales Service, we handle a lot of different things that need fixing or selling. The shop is usually full of items waiting for repair or parts that we’ve ordered for someone. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. We spend our time talking to customers who drop by with something broken or looking for a replacement part. We don’t have a marketing team; we just rely on people telling their friends about us. Shahupuri is a lively place, and Lane 6 always has something going on with neighbors and other shops. We like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes we’re working on a motor, and other times we’re just helping someone pick out the right tool for a home project. It’s the kind of job where you never know exactly what’s going to come through the door next. We keep things pretty informal here. You can just walk in and talk to us. We’ve been in these two shops for a while now and it feels like home. We just try to be helpful and get the repairs done so people can get back to their day.
