Shah Clinic

Our clinic is over at F 1 in the Hariprasad Apartment building. You’ll find it in the Mangalwar Peth area, which is usually quite a lively neighborhood. The building has been around for a long time, and so have we. It’s a bit of a walk up to the unit, but it’s a familiar route for our regulars. Inside, the space is set up quite simply. We have the waiting room with a few chairs and some old newspapers that people look through while they wait. It’s not a big corporate office, just a small place where we handle day-to-day health matters. The windows look out onto the street, and you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but we don't mind it much. My desk is tucked in the corner and is usually piled high with papers and folders because I haven't quite mastered a digital filing system yet. We try to keep things clean and comfortable for anyone who walks through the door. Most of our visitors are people from the nearby blocks who have been coming to see us for years. We don't have a fancy website or big posters. It’s just a local clinic where we do our work and talk to the neighbors. It’s a steady way to live, being part of the Peth community like this. We usually close up once the evening rush starts.
