We’re over at F817 in Abhishek Plaza. If you know where Milagres High School is in Salaiwada, we are right by there. It's just a small office where we handle property stuff. We spend most of our days talking to people who want to find a place or maybe sell one. It gets busy sometimes with people walking in and out. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs. We've been here for a bit now. People stop by after dropping their kids off at the school. It’s a nice neighborhood to work in. We deal with the paperwork and the legal side of land and homes. It takes time to get everything right, so we just take it one day at a time. Sometimes the fans are loud, but it's home for us. We know the streets around here pretty well. If someone asks about a plot or a flat, we usually have an answer. It’s not a big corporate setup. Just us doing our jobs. We try to keep things straightforward. No one likes complicated talk when it comes to houses. We just show what’s available and help with the forms. It’s what we do. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Some new buildings going up, some old ones staying the same. We’re part of that mix now. Just a local spot in Salaiwada. We keep the doors open and the tea hot for whoever comes by to chat about local property. It is simple and we like it.
