Our main office for Reward Construction is actually out in Padavalwadi, near Kerle. It’s a bit of a drive from the city centers, but being out in the Karavir taluka suits the kind of work we do. We deal with heavy machinery and construction projects, so having space matters more than a shiny office in Pune. Most of the guys here are local from Kolhapur district. We spend a lot of time on dusty sites, wearing boots and checking on progress. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of engines or people calling out to each other.
