You can find us at Mahalaxmi Chambers in Shahupuri. We are actually inside the Hotel Panchganga premises. Being so near the Central Bus Stand makes this a very busy corner of Kolhapur. There is a constant sound of buses and people moving around outside. Because we are in the hotel building, we see a lot of people who have just arrived in town and need a way to get around. The office is straightforward and stays busy from morning until late at night. We spend our time coordinating with drivers and checking on the car maintenance. Shahupuri is a commercial hub, so there are always people coming in for work trips. We keep our paperwork in order on the main desk and try to keep up with the phone calls that never seem to stop. Sometimes the lobby of the hotel gets crowded with luggage, and we have to help sort out who is going where. It’s not a quiet job, but it is interesting to meet so many different travelers. We don't do much fancy stuff here, just focus on getting the cars out on time. The location is the main thing for us since everyone knows where the Mahalaxmi Chambers are. We just stay here, drink our coffee, and manage the bookings as they come in. It’s a steady rhythm that we have been following for a long time now in this Shahupuri neighborhood.
