We are based out of Hasurwadi, which is in the Gadhinglaj area of Kolhapur. It is a bit of a distance from the big cities like Pune, but we actually like it that way. We do building work all around this area. Our office is just a simple place right in the village. Everyone around here knows exactly where we are located. We do not have a big fancy website or a marketing team to promote us. We just talk to people. Most of our work comes from folks seeing what we have built in the local area over the years. The air is much better here than in the crowded cities. We have a few local guys who work with us on every project. We handle all the daily tasks like ordering sand and cement or talking to the laborers on the ground. Sometimes the power goes out for a while, or the heavy rain stops us from working for a few days. We just wait it out until things clear up. It is a slower pace of life but the work always gets done in the end. We do not use any of that corporate jargon. We just say exactly what we mean. If you come to Hasurwadi, you will find our office easily enough. We are just regular folks building things for other regular folks in the district. We keep the place tidy but it is a working office.
