Osaka Rubber Products

We have been at C-8 in the MIDC Shiroli area for quite some time. Osaka Rubber Products is basically just a group of us working with rubber and making sure things are done right. Shiroli is a busy industrial hub, and the shop fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. Big slogans are not our style. Usually, the day starts with checking the raw materials and making sure the molds are ready for the press. It can get a bit messy with the rubber smell, but you get used to it after a week on the floor. We are not a giant factory with thousands of workers. It is small enough that everyone knows everyone else’s name. There is a set routine we follow. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have enough to keep us busy until the evening rolls around. The Pulachi area is where we have stayed because it makes sense for transport and logistics. Much advertising is not done here. Most people find us because they know someone else who used us for a project. We try to keep the machines in good shape, even if they are not the newest models. It is a practical place. Production takes priority over sitting in meetings all day. If there is a problem, the guys just talk it over and find a way to make it work. It is just a regular local business trying to do its job every day.
