Onward Technolgy Ltd Pune

Despite the name mentioning Pune, we are actually situated over in Sangli 416416. Our office is part of the Vishwas Housing Society at Plot No 38. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood for the most part. We aren't in a big commercial park. Instead, we’re tucked away in a housing society which makes for a much calmer atmosphere. You don't have the constant roar of heavy traffic here. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. The office itself is quite basic. We have our workstations set up and a small area for meetings that usually just ends up being where we store extra boxes. We’ve been at Onward Technolgy Ltd Pune for a while and we’ve seen the area change bit by bit. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. If you’re looking for us you just have to find Plot No 38. It’s a very relaxed way to work. We don't have many rules about how things should look as long as the work gets finished on time. Sometimes the neighbors come by to say hello. It feels more like being part of a community than just being at a job. We spend our days mostly on the phones or looking at technical data. It’s not glamorous but it’s what we do. We’re just a local team doing our best in Sangli.
