NIKS VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is based at Plot No 3 in the Revenue Colony area of Rajendra Nagar. It’s part of the Karvir area here in Kolhapur. This is basically a one-person company setup, though sometimes there are a few of us around to help out. The office is in a quiet spot, which is great for getting work done without people dropping in constantly. It’s a simple room with the basic stuff—a desk, a laptop, and some shelves for storage. Being in Revenue Colony means we’re around a lot of other offices and homes. It’s a very grounded place to work. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on the ventures we are currently running. Sometimes the work takes us out of the office and into the city, but this is where all the planning happens. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine is pretty set. Morning starts with checking the messages and then it's straight into the tasks for the day. We don't have big corporate meetings. Decisions get made pretty quickly because there aren't many layers here. It’s honest, direct, and simple. We like keeping it that way because it saves time and avoids confusion. Just a straightforward business in a straightforward part of town. We keep a spare umbrella by the door because you never know when the Kolhapur weather might turn. It's a practical little office.
