It’s a quiet area compared to the city, which we like. Most people in Nandani know where the temple is, so finding us isn't too hard. We handle baking and different food items here. It started because we saw a need for fresh baked goods in our local area. The ovens are usually running early in the morning. It gets quite warm in the kitchen, but that's part of the job. We aren't a massive corporate bakery. It's more of a local operation where we know our neighbors. We use what we have and try to make products that people around here actually want to eat.
