Our place, Munircon India Bizcom Private Limited, is situated at Plot No 76 in Jagruti Nagar. We are right on Vidyapith Road in the Ambai Colony area of Kolhapur. Kolhapur is a great city to live in, and this part of town is especially nice. Our office is a straightforward building on a regular street. We don't have any neon signs or big billboards. People who need to find us usually do. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and some chairs where we spend our working hours. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day. It’s a bit of a mix of everything. Being near the university road means there are always students and people around, which gives the area some good energy. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just talk to each other and figure things out as we go. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. We started this company because we wanted to do something in Kolhapur itself. It’s a local business through and through. We take our lunch breaks together and usually talk about local news or what’s happening in the colony. It is a very grounded way of working. No frills, just honest effort from the team here in Jagruti Nagar every single weekday we are in. This is our daily life here.
