Our team is based out in Madawale, near the Turkewadi post office. It is a quiet spot in the Kolhapur district, far away from the big city rush. Being here in Chandgad taluka means we see a lot of green and open space every day. We set up our operations here because this is where the work takes us. It is a simple setup at the post Turkewadi area. Most people around here know the Shapoorji & Pallonji name because of the big projects we take on. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and stacks of paperwork. We spend more time out on the field than sitting inside anyway. The weather here is nice, much better than the humidity you find in the bigger cities. We have local guys working with us, and some who travel from further away. Logistics can be a bit of a challenge sometimes because we are a bit tucked away, but we make it work. We do not use big words or fancy talk. We just show up and do the construction or whatever the contract says. It is a practical way of living. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the mail takes an extra day to reach our pin code 416507. But we have been here long enough to not let that bother us anymore. We just keep our heads down and finish the job.
