Our office for B.G. Shirke Cosnt. Tech. Ltd. is out in Mharul, which is in the Karveer Taluka of Kolhapur. It’s a bit different from the big city offices. Being out here means things are a little quieter, which is nice for getting work done without too many distractions. We’re based in the 416002 area. Most of the folks who work here are local to the district. We don't have a lot of corporate polish or fancy marketing flyers. We just have a place where we meet, look at our project lists, and figure out the logistics for the day. Kolhapur has a certain way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We’re practical people. We don't spend money on things we don't need. The office is just a bunch of rooms with the necessary stuff to keep the business running. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but nobody really minds. We’ve been here in Mharul for a long time, and we know the land and the people around Karveer pretty well. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't try to sound like we’re something we’re not. We just do construction work and handle the technical side of it from our base here. It’s a steady life, and we take pride in just showing up and doing the job day after day. It might not look like much, but it’s our place and it works for us.
