It’s a busy spot, and there’s usually a lot going on with people coming in and out all day long. If you know the area, you know how it gets during rush hour, but we manage somehow. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re basically neighbors with half the people who walk through the door. The building itself is the Morya Hospital building, which isn't hard to find if you’re looking for it. We do a mix of things here, between the regular hospital work and the research side, which keeps us pretty occupied. It’s not always quiet, and sometimes things get a bit hectic in the corridors, but that’s just how it goes in a place like this. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that, just a practical space where we do our jobs every day. People in Kolhapur tend to be straightforward, and we try to be the same way with everyone who visits us. Whether it’s someone coming in for a checkup or just asking questions about the research, we just handle things as they come. It’s just a local place, and we like it that way, I guess.
