Undercarriage Tractor Parts

Our place is at D- 4/1 in Kagal MIDC, right near the MSEB station. It’s easy to find because you can see the big power station from the road. Undercarriage Tractor Parts is exactly what it sounds like. We work on the heavy parts that go underneath tractors. It’s a greasy, heavy job, and the shop always smells a bit like oil and old metal. We don’t have any air conditioning in the workshop, so it gets pretty hot, but that’s just part of the trade. We’ve been here for years, and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over time. We don’t use fancy software to track everything; a lot of it is just kept in notebooks or on the whiteboard. The guys who work here are good at what they do. They don't need a manager hovering over them all day. We just know what needs to be fixed or built and we get to it. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually come to us because their tractor is down and they need it back in the field. We understand that, so we try not to waste any time. It’s a straightforward business. We show up at D- 4/1, do the repairs, and go home. There’s no corporate fluff here, just a lot of iron and hard work. We keep things moving so the farmers can keep moving.
